Vinod Ramnani is a first generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind Opto Circuits.

It was his vision and ambition that has taken Opto Circuits from a one product manufacturing company to a global developer and manufacturer of high acuity medical equipment and interventional products. He has been influential in establishing Opto Circuits' as a leading healthcare brand and in shaping the Company's strategies globally. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Engineering College, Karnataka, India.

Thomas Dietiker

Thomas Dietiker brings to Opto Circuits extensive experience in business development and a razor sharp sense for M&A. He leads teams across the Group to forge, maintain and renew important OEM relationships.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technical Institute of Wintherthur, Switzerland.

Jayesh Patel

Jayesh Patel has been instrumental in the product design and conception of many Opto-electronic products that have established Opto Circuits as a leader and the 'sole source supplier' for many large OEMs. He has been the guiding force behind the rapid technological innovations that have allowed the company to penetrate various markets and harbor key customer and distributor partnerships.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Anaheim, USA.

Dr. Suleman Merchant
Independent Director

A prominent radiologist, Dr. Suleman Merchant is the Head of the Department of Radiology at Lokmanya Tilak Memorial Medical College & Hospital, Sion, Mumbai. He is also a member of the Safety Review Committee for Applications of Radiation (SARCAR), Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Government of India.

A well known member of the national and international medical fraternity, Dr. Merchant brings to Opto Circuits a vast experience and medical expertise. 
He completed his Medicinae Baccalaureus et Baccalaureus Chirurgiae (MBBS) and Doctorate of Medicine in Radiology from Mumbai University.

Managing Director

Mr. G.C. Somadas, a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, is having a vast experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant for over four decades and wide exposures in areas of Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audits and C&AG audits, Tax Audit.

Mr. G.C. Somadas, has successfully handled various representation before IT Appellate Authorities, Company Law Board, Stock Exchange / SEBI adjudication or arbitration proceeding, RBI & related statutory authorities.

Rajkumar Raisinghani
Independent Director

Rajkumar Raisinghani is an Industrialist and has a background in electrical engineering. He runs a business producing electrical goods in Mumbai. His entrepreneurial skills have lent great support to Opto Circuits over the years.

Suchitra Misra
Non Executive Director

Dr Suchitra Kaul Misra is a Doctor of Philosophy from Mysore University. The focus of her research has been therapeutic humor and its application as a powerful energy. She did her Bachelor of Arts with English Honors from Nowrosjee Wadia College. She topped her Masters of Arts and was awarded a gold medal in English Literature from Lucknow University. She runs a wellness centre in Bangalore called 'The Healing Garden' and her innovative wellness programs have been used successfully as a complementary method to promote health, cope with mental stress, aid in the healing process and significantly improve quality of life

Dr Suchitra Kaul Misra is also the founder trustee of an NGO named Svavlamban which is engaged in providing educational aids to poor students to make them self reliant.

Mr. Nanjappaiah Madgondapalli Ramu
Independent Director

Mr. Nanjappaiah Madgondapalli Ramu, currently associated as Director on Board of Mysore Stoneware Pipes And Potteries Limited, brings in a vast experience, over five decades, and wide exposures in areas of Stock and debt market.

Mr. Nanjappaiah has served as Member of Bangalore Stock Exchange from 1964 to 1994 and also acted as official broker of RBI and various banks to deal in debt market and handled advisory role over forty Companies related to PF Investment.
